Cook to INSPIRE…again

From the Author:  Nessie Owen ‘In December 1992 I dislocated and fractured my back at L1 in a skiing accident. I spent the next five months ‘in rehab’ at the Spinal Unit in Salisbury. The INSPIRE team was a massive source of inspiration and encouragement to me and I remain a huge supporter. In 1998 I compiled a cook book ‘Cook to INSPIRE ‘.  This little book is my effort to raise money for INSPIRE, which is understandably so close to my heart’.
