We are always seeking volunteers without whom our events would not function. Whatever your age or experience, if you have a few moments to spare on a regular or very occasional basis, please come forward and help.
The Scientific Committee consists of some of the United Kingdom’s finest specialists in the field of medical physics and electronics. Drawn from across the leading teaching hospitals and universities, members give their time freely to consider development and research projects specifically related to Spinal Cord Injury.
The Charity has a small permanent/part time staff. Our offices are located at Salisbury District Hospital, opposite the Duke of Cornwall’s Spinal Treatment Centre.
Regulated by the Charities’ Commission, the Board of Trustees is responsible for controlling the management, administration and financial business of the charity. Key to their selection, is a thorough understanding of the nature of Spinal Cord Injury and rehabilitation.
Our patrons are committed to furthering our cause in their disparate social and professional circles. While Trustees and Members are always delighted for their occasional support at our various events, the Patrons role is less obvious and one of subtle influence behind the scenes:
